Am sure they eat the same meat they sell to ya, exept keep the best cuts a meat for themselfs
My neighbor was a head butcher and we would ask em to buy us meat we wanted. It was always the best meat he could find
Whichever ones they feel like to cook that night.
I may be a piece of porterhouse one night, sausages another , fish and chips pasta or rice.
I only got a few cents discount per lb so they better cuts that were pricey for everyone else were expensive for me also
