What would happen if I ate a whole box of cereal?!

Question: What would happen if I ate a whole box of cereal?
Not something like bran flakes; I mean sugary stuff. I'm eating captain crunch btw.... Just made me wonder. Is it high in fat or anything bad?

its high in sugar. so limit yourself to a bowl. :) or eat a healthier kind of cereal. like whole grain.

Nothing will happen if this is your first time. I've eaten a whole box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch before out of craving -- but not dry, with milk. SO if you ate a whole box of Captain Crunch, then you probably gained about 600 calories, which is more than half of your maximum calories on average that you are supposed to have in a day; which is 1,500 or for some people, 2,500. Cereal is not high in fat, only things like chips and nuts are high in fat because they have lots of oil. But if you keep on doing multiple times, ya might wind up with a few cavities up there ;D believe me I would know, I once ate 2 whole boxes of Cookie Crisps cereal too and didn't brush my teeth for 3 days at night, and 3 weeks later, I had 2 cavities. So, it's alright, your fine, you won't get Diabetes or any sort of disease or whatnot, just brush your teeth after you're done, floss and drink lots of water if you are eating it dry.
BTW, this isn't part of the question but what flavor are ya eating? Fruity, vanilla, chocolate?

meee!! :D

Cereal in general is good. Some even give you tons of dietary fiber. On the other hand, it is high in sugar. So eating an adequate amount is ok but not too much since too much sugar, or glucose, will lead to many diseases like obesity, diabetes...

Unless you did that everyday, not much would happen.

Nothing would "happen", but I'm sure your body would not be too grateful...

No, it is very healthy, but don't go far from the toilet.
