What are some good low calorie, no carb meals?!

Question: What are some good low calorie, no carb meals?
I'm on a 1200 calorie diet to lose weight. I have a very bad gluten and wheat intolerance so I can't eat anything with those ingredients. Even oats irritate me. So I can't have bread, rice, oatmeal, etc. I find that by the time dinner rolls around, I've almost eaten all of my calories for the day. Does anyone have any low calorie meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Thank you!

Answers:

Breakfast
no fat Greek yogurt 1 serving with strawberries, blackberries or blueberries or one egg with spinach and mushrooms

Lunch
Salad and 2-3 stalks of celery, 2-3 slices of gf turkey (Dietz and Watson is great)
use balsamic vinegar as the dressing (tasty without many calories)

Dinner
3-5 ounces of chicken, salmon, pork or beef with sides of broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, you can also have another salad with balsamic vinegar and even some shrimp.

I know that I have listed a lot of veggies which are carbs but they are what Atkins or any of the low carb proponents would list as 'good' carbs.

If you want some recipe ideas that are low carb, easy and super tasty, look for the george stella cookbooks. He has 4 published and you can look at his web site at www.stellastyle.com.

Breakfast; Melons, papaya, mangoes, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries with yogurt
Lunch: chefs salad with turkey breast or chicken, a hard boiled egg, mixed lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, radishes, vegetable soups, carrot ginger soup, chicken vegetable - home made.
Dinner: poached fish or chicken, pork tenderloin, filet mignon, tuna, salmon, fresh veggies or steamed veggies. For a starchy-like side dish - steam a head of cauliflower and then process it in the food processor with a bit of browned butter - it takes as long to brown the butter in a small frying pan or sauce pan on medium low heat as it does to steam the cauliflower but don't let the butter burn, then add it to the pureeing cauli and add a dash of salt and pepper. Instead of regular potatoes eat a baked yam or sweet potato. they have a bit of carbs like carrots do but they are full of vitamins and fibre.

sugar free jelly, best thing everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

0 cal, and 0 carbs :)
i eat it like everyday, im on a 1000 cal diet and always manage to have cals left over by the end of the day because it fills you up & great for when ur craving something sweet.

Rice doesn't contain wheat or gluten.

Focus on lots of fruit and veggies. Canned or dried beans are a great source of protein and fiber.

Fish, chicken breast and pork are all lean meats.

Egg whites are very high protein and fat free.

i personally prefer the cold wine and ice cream diet because your body uses more calories to heat up and digest the food than the calories given.
