I heard somewhere that if you eat more than ten grapes they become bad for you. But how can fruit be bad for you?

Dogs are the only mammal I know of with this problem. Grapes and raisins contain antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Science is unsure of exactly why dogs have this reaction with grapes.

Numerous other mammals eat raisins and grapes without harm. I personally eat them because I like them and they are nutritious.

They are high in natural sugar but otherwise OK. They do contain some vitamins. In spite of sugar content still healthier than a bag of sweets if you like to nibble.

To improve the vitamins

Because they are yummy to us !!
