Health Benefits of eating lemons?!

Question: Health Benefits of eating lemons?
I drink lemon water everyday, so what are the affects?

Answers:

I drink warm lemon water every morning before I even have breakfast. It cleans out the impurities in your intestines and does a detox on your liver. This allows your liver to work better and reduce fat cell from building up.If yo do this before breakfast, you can actually feel the lemons juice working, especially after a night with alcoholic drinks. Since I have started this over a year ago I lost 4 inches from my belly and have never gotten a cold thanks to the vitamin c in the lemons.

My grandmother's first drink in the morning
was always hot water with half the juice of a lemon
Right up to the day she died (not from lemon juice)
she had the most beautiful soft smooth skin
and also said it's what kept her regular
She did it since she was a small girl
so I would say carry on
anyway the natural vitamin C has got to be a bonus

Victorians used it to clean & whiten there skin
Mix with salt to clean silver
Add to water and clean fridge and leaves nice smell too
mix with bi-carb to paste to clean bath/basin/toilet and leave for few hours natural cleaning agent
Make easier to squeeze by rolling or put in microwave for 20 secs
Lots of uses for lemon juice sure others will add to the list

My Granny

I read somewherr that drinking lemon juice will help u poop better. Its also good for the skin when applied also drank but make sure u drink it with food in ur tummy because lemon is acidic and that with an empty stomach is bad. Really bad u vomit and have diarrhea so yeah. good for skin and getting ur intestunal tract going.

The antioxidants flush out your insides and remove impurities that make you ill
