What are the best meals to eat when you feel weak and tired?!
The only food item that i tend to want is something sweet like chocolate.
I don't really have the energy or enthusiasm for making a meal but i know i need one.
What are the best kinds to have when your like this?
Thanks.

Double fiber bread, toasted, spread with peanut butter, layered with banana slices, then with a couple of squares of dark, dark chocolate on top of that. Stick it in the toaster oven on broil until the chocolate melts. Drink a big glass of fluids (because you are losing fluids), be sure to take a daily vitamin that contains iron and when you take your vitamin with your big glass of fluids, take an Excedrin or other NSAID that has caffeine added to it. This will help control the cramping you may have and not be entirely aware of, and will wake you up.
Just FYI, having chocolate for breakfast is not wierd. In European countries, chocolate chunks are dipped in one's cup of hot coffee until melty, then sort of slurp-consumed and all this is eaten with a chunk of good bread. Chocolate, most especially dark chocolate, is a healthy food.
It seems as if you are turning to candy for the sugar rush.
Drink lots of water and eat something that you don't have to prepare (like fruit).
Are you sure you aren't just stressed out or depressed?
try milk toast. its ridiculously delicious, and its simple to make. my grandmother used to make this for me when i had flu as a young child.

Protein. Have a peanut butter sandwich. Or a Tuna sandwich.
Craving Chocolate is not bad and Chocolate is okay to eat, too.
If you're craving something sweet, have fruit like orange, mango and apple.
It won't make you feel sluggish like chocolate will.
The best meals to have when you are weak and tired are those made by someone else.
A peanut butter and banana sandwich!
Oatmeal
sweet milk shakes different flavors
Your body seems to be craving sugars, why not try an apple or an orange (or a big glass of Orange Juice).
