Freezer Died While on Vacation - What to do with food?!

Question: Freezer Died While on Vacation - What to do with food?
My upright freezer died sometime while we were on vacation, we don't know when, and I don't know what to do with all the food in there. The items are all thawed, but still cold. What of these things should I throw away and what should I keep?

1. 8 lbs Chicken Breasts
2. 4 lbs Hamburger
3. 12 ct box of Hot Pockets
4. Bag of Shrimp
5. 10 TV Dinners
6. 2 boxes of Green Giant Veggies, 3 bags of veggies
7. 4 pork chops
8. Buitoni pasta
9. 1 Pkg of Hot Dogs
10. bags of chocolate kisses, chips and bars of chocolate

:(

Answers:

In short: if you're not sure, throw it out. Food poisoning is not funny.

Regarding a few of the individual items:

where I live, Buitoni pasta is usually dry and comes in blue&red cartons with a small window in it, nobody would think about storing it in the freezer. In this case, use it soon, since from the freezing and thawing, it may have gotten humid and the pasta doesn't like that. If it's...errr...was fresh pasta, check the ingredients. Real italian pasta doesn't contain egg, so it might still be safe.

Chocolate, chips etc. - shouldn't be a problem, that stuff doesn't care too much about storage temperature. Possibly a risk of contamination from the other stuff (i.e. water from the melting meats), but as long as it's still dry inside the bags, I'd eat it.

Meat, Fish, Vegetable - throw it out. Not worth the risk.

Prepared stuff inside a sealed container: as long as it's still cold and the container is still sealed, the stuff should be ok if you use it immediately (within a day or so). Just don't re-freeze it.
