Sending home made sauce over seas..?!
My husbands deployed and my sauce is famous to him and his buddies, they're really wanting me to send it over but I'm not sure of a way to keep it fresh since it takes about 2-3 weeks for them to get mail. And Ideas on how to jar it or other ways I could send it ?

You cannot send glass jars...you'll get them sent back to you for sure. I'd ask around but it should be possible to have it canned..that should keep it fresh enough to get there. You might have to add some preservatives that may change the flavour a bit..
self- APO/FPO does not allow glass jars.
put it in a bag of salt. thats what they used to do to preserve food.
