Is fried liver done if it is still red inside?!

If still red a bit chewy
I cook mine til pink inside then its just melt in the mouth
If over cooked as you probably know has texture of shoe leather
pink chicken livers are best yummy

Nope , No difference calves liver should be cooked in the same way and
glad I helped a little

Have you tried in a cassorole dish with lid put
your liver,stock cube,sliced onions,orange slices
1 cup of O/J and a little water
bake for 45mins in oven
sometimes I put a little to much liquid and have to thicken it
Know it sounds strange but tastes great with
mash potatoes and green veg
