Question: Is it safe to eat hamburger meat thats been in fridge for ~3-4 days?
My mom defrosted some hamburger meat like 3-4 days ago but decided not to cook it and put it in the fridge.

Now I'm hungry, and I want to make myself some hamburger.

Is it safe to cook and eat the hamburger meat, or is it bad?

Smell it. If it smells funny, don't eat it.

Well, it was probably thawing for 2 days, so I would say it would be okay. Cook right away! Also, cook it pretty well. If it tastes funny in anyway, Chuck it!

well did she freeze it?maybe it's safe but i don't know ask your mom
