Smoky Gouda, and Five Counties. A light brie is also fantastic! i like feta cheese in salads, and a grilled hunk of goat cheese ;)

OOOOOO Sharp Provolone! No Wait.. AMERICAN CHEESE No.. CHEDDAR No.. Mozzarella No... Bleu Ch- Ehh I'm More of a Sour Cream person than Bleu Cheese. Well There you have It! Those are all my fav cheeses.
