Not necessarily. Fresh fruit and a handful of raw almonds or walnuts are great for breakfast since nothing is in your stomach and the fruit will not 'rot' in there on top of other digesting foods. Not to say that is ALL one should ingest for breakfast. Plus, fruits and raw nuts are a great way to begin the day. Ask any Oncologist, or Family Practitioner for that matter.
Lunch should probably be larger than dinner, although not to over do it. One has the rest of the day to work off what you have ingested for lunch. If too many carbs are ingested, then one becomes somewhat sluggish, so it's best to have a balanced lunch unless you can afford a bit of 'down time' afterward. Most U.S. jobs do not allow such, although it is common in Europe. Go figure!
Dinner should be light.

yes ------breakfast should be the biggest meal ,coz it will supply the energy required to the body to finish the work all day long
if lunch is the biggest meal ----it would take some hours ,to get digested ,and energy to get released in the body ----by then ,the working day will almost be over

No way. If I eat breakfast, that's the whole day ruined- I just get sleepy and have to crash out, unless I only have juice or something tiny.

No. Lunch should be. Lunch is the meal whose intake is properly timed to provide you with energy throughout the day. Breakfast is only a preface to lunch, and dinner should only be that little extra that holds you over until you sleep.
