What healthy food should i order in the cafeteria?!
Ok so im trying to go health im 13 years old and im in 7th grade and what healthy food should i order in the cafeteria? We have hot lunch and snack bar line (you can get anything there pretty much)

chicken, vegetables, whole wheat bread, soup.
No fries, desserts, hot dogs, hamburgers.
Suggestions
Fruits and vegetables,
fish, baked potatoes
(easy on the butter
and toppings).
Try to stick to fresh
non-fatty foods.
Drink milk and no sodas.
