I ate waaay too much??? what to do!?!


Question: I ate waaay too much??? what to do!?
im 16, 5 foot 3 and 114 pounds and i want to lose weight. today i was at the rockclimbing gym for an hour and 45 minutes but obviously I wasnt climbing the whole time.
breakfast: a bowl of whole grain cereal and lactade milk. 3 mini poppyseed muffins and a glass of oj
uhhhh breakfast 2: a bowl of oatmeal and an apple and a tbs of brown sugar
lunch: a sandwhich: 2 pieces of multigrain bread some lettice a tomatoe a few grapes some pickles and a little dressing and 2 slices of swiss cheese. a mange
snack: a quacker oatmeal square, a cup of hot cocoa and a few marshmellos
dinner: a cup of salad and a cup of tofu and snap peas
a cup of tea with some sugar

am i a fatty? way too much?

Girl ... Chill.
You seem like your eating healthily so your not a 'fatty'.
Just excise a lot and youll lose weight.



it's ok. you were hungry. at least most of them were all healthy food and not high fat stuff



I eat 3X that at every meal... You are fine..

Yes and no. You probably have a really high metabolism! Lucky you ;) If you want to lose weight I would cut out that much carbs and replace it with veggies or fruit. You eat hearty, healthy not too processed foods which is great. Here are some suggestions.
1. If your under 20 have 3 cups (measure of milk a day) That's it.
2. Try to limit yourself to 4 serving of carbs a day (1 piece of toast is 1 serving, 2 mini muffins are one serving, etc)
3. Drink a cold glass of water before every meal, this speeds up digestion.
4. Really green foods like spinach boost metabolism and actually taste great with a few drops of lemon juice!
5. Eat as much fruits and veggies as you want, but dips pack on calories!
6. To lose weight you have to burn more calories a day then you eat!

Good luck, your probably pretty healthy, I wouldn't lose weight I I were you, I'd just tone up!
