Is there a diffrence between eating skittles and bananas sugar wise?!

Question: Is there a diffrence between eating skittles and bananas sugar wise?
I want to know. I have been trying to eat no sugar. Sugar that is not natural.
Is it just as bad sugar wise for me to eat a banana which has 20-30 grams of sugar as a bag of skittles with 30 grams of sugar?

Same thing with other fruits. For instance I eat a banana and strawberries every morning. R the sugars in these fruits not worth eating them?

Answers:

Fruits have natural sugars, vitamin C, potassium, antioxidants; candy has artificial flavorings, artificial colors, yellow and red dye number 47, and all kinds of unhealthy stuff. So to answer your question; you're better off with eating fruit instead of candy. Also, candy raises your blood sugar and causes you to crash later on. Fruit doesn't do that; another benefit of eating fruit!

bananas are better because the fructose is easier on your body and teeth. I love skittles too, but they are hard on the teeth. after years of eating those tasty skittles I had to go to the dentist to have some cavities filled. No more skittles or gummy bears or else I can lose teeth! :((

Life savers and jolly ranchers make sugar free hard candies and they really taste good!

the difference is skittles (fructose) banana (glucose)

Natural suger is much better than the stuff you get in that bag of Skittles...
