Which is more healthier: Dried Fruits or Fresh Fruits?!

Fresh because the drying process cooks the vitamins out of fruit. Quack!
Fresh fruit, most of the juces and vitamins are still in it. It's like asking which has more proteign, a fresh steak, or a dried out steak? Obviously the fresh steak. :)
fresh because the drying process protects some nutrients but also degrades others. when it's fresh, it has all the nutrients that should be in it :)
Both are healthy but the danger with eating dried fruits is that you can eat too much of it.
