Fish left out in the sun?!
Restaurants in some warmer asian countries have a practice of leaving fish on a table for all to view in temperatures exceeding 25,C
I have noticed that the same fish are on display for several days (4 hours each night )no ice but just the occasional spray with water, What is the danger in eating this fish ?

I would hope that this fish is simply a display, and isn't being cooked after sitting out. Letting it sit out in warm temperatures allows bacteria to develop and multiply.
