Is it okay to drink this type of milk everyday?!

Question: Is it okay to drink this type of milk everyday?
Okay I was wondering if it's okay to drink 1Litre of this milk(Brand HL milk) everyday since I am trying to bulk up from weight-lifting and and figured this is a more easy and inexpensive way to get my protein.
Here are the nutritional values of the milk( PER 200ML):
Energy : 100Kcal
Protein : 10g
Total Fat : 2g
Carbohydrate : 10.6g
Lactose : 2.4g
Sodium : 152mg
Calcium : 300mg
Vitamin A : 375mcg
And 8 more vitamins...too lazy to list=x
Thanks for the time!

certainly!

Drink milk. A single cup of skim milk is like a tasty, refreshing, low-calorie snack in a glass. Milk is one of nature’s most perfect foods, and Americans are lucky to live in a country where milk is so readily available (not all countries have the means to transport and store milk). We’re lucky we can get it by the gallon.

Five Reasons To Drink Milk:

1. Eight grams of animal protein. Drinking milk and even chocolate milk have long been choice recovery options for body builders to consume directly after working out. Why? One cup has eight grams of animal protein which, according to my friend Mitch Baseman, a master trainer at the New York Sports Club, is more easily made into human muscle than plant protein.

2. Eleven grams of good carbohydrates. A cup of skim milk has 11 grams of naturally occurring sugar in it. Because it is natural sugar, a serving of milk has a very low glycemic load: less than an apple, according to Harvard Medical School. Sometimes, Mitch says, body builders drop a little chocolate in there because the sugar speeds the digestion even further.

3. It’s high in calcium. Drink a cup of milk and you get 31 percent of an average person’s necessary daily calcium, making it a great food to help prevent osteoporosis. Fat-free milk with vitamin A also comes with 10 percent of the vitamin A that a person needs.

4. Drinking milk is better than drinking soy milk. Whether it’s in your cereal or in your cup, there’s no question that old-fashioned cow’s milk is a superior food to soy milk (unless you’re lactose intolerant). A glass of the leading soy milk has 100 calories. There are about 80 calories in skim milk, and almost zero fat calories. Soy milk, though higher in calories, has less protein, and only 3 percent of a person’s daily calcium needs. It is relatively high in fiber, but it's easy to get fiber elsewhere. Skim milk also includes about 25 percent of a person's necessary vitamin D. Rice milk, meanwhile, has a whopping 120 calories, 22 fat calories, 23 grams of carbs, and only 1 gram of protein. (*Nutrition facts vary by product.)

5. There’s no reason not to drink it. Unless you’re lactose intolerant, drink milk. For those who disagree with how dairy cows are typically raised and treated (I do), buy organic milk from reputable producers (that don’t bend federal rules in order to abuse livestock). And don’t buy into hype campaigns like “Milk's not meant for humans!” or that it’s contaminated in some way. Humans should drink milk, and you’d be very challenged to find a food that doesn’t have some kind of production impurities – and odds are it's not nearly as healthy as milk.

it depends on how you use the milk if you drink it for taste then no but in your situation yes its okay to drink

yes
