What's the healthiest way to eat eggs?!

Question: What's the healthiest way to eat eggs?
Sunny side up? Scrambled? Poached? Over easy? I'm at Waffle House and I'm wondering which is healthier..

Answers:

Just like Rocky Balboa eats them. Cracked open raw right in a glass!

The healthiest way to eat eggs is without additives such as butter and oil! So, in this case poached or boiled is best. Fried is also ok if cooked in a non-stick pan without oil or butter, sunny side up or over easy don't differ health wise if cooked this way, so it would be up to your preference!

Of those you mention, poached. the others contain added fat. Also boiled egg, hard or soft. Omelette is not too bad as long as the minimum possible amount of cooking oil used to cook, just enough to prevent sticking and no more.

Neither poached or boiled use oil, butter or extra fat so I am going to have to say one of them. Boiled lets you get more of the egg but poached means they will definitely be cooked right.

Decisions, decisions.

put one egg in a bowl, pour boiling water n cover for 3 minutes. crack it open into a small bowl n of course it's still runny. dash a little white pepper n light soy sauce n eat it. good for u

Boiled eggs is a healthy food itself.
