you just slice it...when it is sliced it resembles a star.....you dont peel it..just rinse it offf 1st they have the taste simular to a grape!!! very yummyyyyy
star fruit comes in to ways, male and female. female is sweet and the male is sour,, just cut the way you want to serve or eat it,, wash good .
I really dont know how to cut a starfruit all I know is that its expensive.
