White bits growing from potatoes ( can I still eat em! )?!
Can I still eat the potatoes or are they growing arms and legs and leaving me so soon!?

Yeah that's what happens after a while. It's just like little sprouts lol, I wouldn't boil them in their skins though, what we do is just pull the sprouts off and then skin the potato, once you take off the skin maybe cut little holes to get rid of any sprout bits.... but yes, as long as you do that it's completely fine, dont even think the sproats are harmful... I wouldn't eat the sprouts though
You can eat the potatoes but don't eat the eyes that are beginning to grow. They are extremely poisonous as well are the leaves and if the potato turns green (sunburn) don't eat that either. I mean we are talking like death here. You need to verify and not ask people here.
Yes you can eat them or plant them. They are just getting ready to grow!
Those are "eyes" and you can cut them out and proceed with your recipe as you desire

They are going to seed,it's nothing to worry about. Just knock off the growth and cook in the usual way.............
yes they are still good mine do that all of the time brake them off cook anyway you want
