What products are available in the Idaho and not the south?!

Question: What products are available in the Idaho and not the south?
I have a friend that lives in the south while I live in Idaho. Lately we've been talking about things one can get but the other can't. For instance, I can get huckleberries and she can get raw and boiled peanuts.

Unfortunately, I can't really think of anything we have up here that she wouldn't have down there.

Answers:

Mm mm mmmm. Boiled peanuts. Hot dang those are good.

I was in the same situation only my friend was in LA. Almost everything they had down there I could get up here, but they couldn't get the little "fingerling potatoes". And while I live in north Idaho and we don't grow p's up here, I still sent her some. Also, I sent her a University of Idaho t-shirt and key chain as well as some lentils grown locally here. And while they can get lentils down there, both in LA and in the south (I have Georgian grandparents) the lentils are much more expensive. And besides, the lentils are grown locally! Huckleberry jams and syrup is always good as they don't usually get those...

But my friend really liked the shirt and has told me that she loves parading her Idaho gear around because our state has a smaller population than the city she lives in. :D

Best of luck!

you are right, most everything, food wise, is available most everywhere.
It may not be a popular item so is not ordered and stocked by a store but it is most likely available if someone wanted to order it.
