Is Sencha Fairtrade green tea a good brand?!
This is my second time buying green tea. Last time, I just got the supermarket brand. It was cheap so I gave it a go. It was actually quite nice.. But this time, I've decided to get a different brand. Fairtrade Sencha green tea. I'm worried if it's not good for me. I've seen a lot of people talk about bad green tea brands, and thought this was one of them. Please help me! I'm dying for a cup of green tea. (;

The best quality Green Tea is Japanese Green Tea. Look for Japanese brands and varieties. Sencha is a Japanese Green Tea variety most commonly drunk at home. Make the tea with water slightly below boiling, 80-90 C to reduce bitterness.
