Question: Do you know how they classify the taste and heat of chilli peppers?
I know about H.U. and about how hot each level is but different peppers make you react differently. for instance some will have lots of taste but no heat, then some have no taste but lots of heat. Then the best IMHO is the hot ones but not just heat they make beads of sweat appear on your forehead but don't burn the mouth.
