Can you leave cooked eggs out overnight?!

Question: Can you leave cooked eggs out overnight?
There is no room in the fridge and we have this egg and potato casserole for tomorrow. Will it be bad in the morning?

Answers:

you can leave cooked eggs out overnight, but the eggs must be fully cooked

Go through the fridge and see what can be tossed or consolidated.

Things like pickles and condiments (ketchup, mustard, NOT mayo) could probably set out for overnight. UNcooked eggs in the shell could also set out overnight safely. Basically, do your best to make space for the casserole to go into the fridge.

Good luck!

hope your health insurance is paid up as you will need it very very badly specially if you have mixed it with mayonaise or some other creamy stuff that dish will go off faster than a nighttie on the wedding night pardon the expression

No, I eat things that have been out overnight all the time.

I know this isn't relevant but would you mind viewing my video?

thanks.

Not a good idea. No food should be left out more than two hours. The safe range for food is 40 degrees or below and warmer than 140. Anything in between is a danger zone

Worked years in food service

no i can not leave cooked eggs out overnight because it is not good for our health.
