what should i eat for breakfest?!

Question: What should i eat for breakfest?
Answers:

Cinnamon toast crunch, part of this nutritious breakfast!

If you want a meal, which will keep you feeling full until lunch-time, try this oatmeal combo for tomorrow, which I ate this morning.

Put 1/2 cup of plain rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water into a large microwave glass bowl. Let the oat and liquid mixture soak over-night in the fridge.
Cook the oatmeal in the microwave on high for about 15 minutes or until the mixture has a creamy texture.
After cooking, stir in 1 Tb of natural crunchy peanut butter , 1 Tb of natural bran & 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.

It was a big meal with approx 500 calories, but because of the added fibre and protein, the oatmeal was really filling :.)

For breakfast, as for any meal, never eat anything bigger than your head. This dietary guideline is often overlooked by silly things like nutrition.
