Question: Help on deciding what i could drink?
Kay so I am getting braces and the orthodontist says no carbonation period cuz it's bad for your teeth anyways, so my mom will only let me drink water or Iced tea. I CANT STAND ICE TEA!!! and I don't want to drink water all the time so... what can I drink

Is Powerade OK?

Powerade should be okay. Gatorade, fruit juices, orange juice, Crystal Light ( plenty of flavor choices ).

i've never heard of people with braces not being able to drink carbonation drinks because i have braces and i drink them all the time and my teeth are perfectly fine. my orthodontist never said anything about not being able to and also all of my friends that braces can drink them too so i think that it would be ok to drink anything and yes powerade is ok to drink. :]
