Answers:

It's always the day before Ash Wednesday which is Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras). This year it happens to be March 8th. My favorite are the prune ones!

If you're speaking of Ash Wednesday, Paczki Day will be on Tuesday, March 8th, 2011.
