Are Tim Horton's iced caps made with milk or cream?!

Question: Are Tim Horton's iced caps made with milk or cream?
I know if you ask for chocolate milk, they'll give it to you.
I've never heard anyone ask for cream or milk though.
I'm a big fan of them, and when I order, I just ask for an icecap, I don't get asked if I want it with milk, cream, or chocolate milk.

When I don't specify, what are they made with?

Answers:

It's made with cream unless you ask for milk or chocolate milk...or even whipped cream. Yes people do ask for whipped cream instead of cream/milk/chocolate milk.

I'm pretty sure that the original is made with milk.
