What does beef/chicken/lamb heart taste like?!

>Actually, beef heart is very delicious, pure meat, but it is FULL of cholesterol, so you want to make sure you don't eat too much of it. Chicken hearts are more like rubbery tidbits. I usually chop them up with gizzards and put them in stuffing. I have never had lamb's heart before, but it is probably similiar in flavor to leg of lamb and having the texture of beef heart.

I have only tried chicken heart and gizzards. It depends on here you prepare it and it can actually taste pretty good. Before I ate it, I totally thought it was disgusting and foul. It is chewy but not too chewy. Try it out for yourself. Trust me it is nothing too disgusting.

im sure they are all not bad but I have only eaten chicken and turky hearts and they are good. you can buy chicken gizzards which include hearts. dip in egg and milk and batter with seasoned flour. it is good. it is poor people food but it is good.
