What can I use for energy ?!

Question: What can I use for energy ?
What can I use for quick energy for physical activity for about 55 mins? Granola bars? Drinks?

Answers:

Don't go taking 'shots' or getting high on energy drinks...

If your activity is in the next 12 hours, have brown rice, brown pasta or potatoes for long lasting energy.

If it's within the next couple of hours, your gonna want some protein and 'good' sugar.
For meals, your gonna need a bit of carb (brown rice, pasta, potatoes) chicken or fish, egg and beans.

For snacks, your best bet would be: sultanas/raisins, nuts, bananas, granola bars, fruit juice, grapes. Pretty much any fruit, but those are the best.

They elevate your blood sugar slowly, and don't cause the crash that modern day refined sugary snacks cause.
The protein works wonders, so py attention to the nuts especially! They will also help you build LEAN muscle (not bulk)

if energy low u may be lacking in something so the most sensible and effective route is to have private blood tests for everything and then replace what is low and the body will sunction well if u have had a natural detox first. however if u dont want to go the correct route then spirulina would help if organic and taken regular but if u dont detox and replace the minerals etc that ur SURE u have lost by testing the prob may persitst and surgar/chocolate/wheat will make most ppl feeel rinsed

Or a five hour energy shot. It only has the caffeine of one cup of coffee, and it has b vitamins in it. I think the slowly digesting granola is a good idea.

>Orange juice will immediately provide sugar to the brain which will give you an energy rush. However, it's short lived. Don't over do it! Excessive carbohydrate intake is not smart or healthy.

Better you take liquid food for instant energy

Pasta. Lots of pasta(:
