How long does fruit last in the fridge?!

Question: How long does fruit last in the fridge?
If i chop up different fruit and put it in tubaware in the fridge how long will it still be fresh??

Answers:

Three days at most, depends on the fruit and how you are planning on using it.
Bananas are better out, apples seem to be more tender when left out, oranges dry out when left out.
All depends on the fruit.

If you make a homemade mix, keep it cool, empty any juice at the bottom of the container, cause that will turn your fruit into mush. at that point you may as well make jelly with it.

Three days top.
After that, well you know.
It doesn't go bad, any fungi that wanted to grow is dormant, when cooled, so enjoy, but the texture won't be there.

I bake for a living.
Fruit is a common ingredient in most all I do.

a couple of days, some fruit actually should not be stored together at all,,,such as a banana and an apple. the apples help ripen the banana too quickly. it helps if you use a green bag or storage container that helps keep fruit fresher for up to 3 times its normal time

Cutting up the fruit will expose more of the fruit's surface to air making it spoil quicker. If you are going to eat it up within a couple of days that should be fine.

Honestly only a few days if you're lucky... make sure you eat it in the next couple of days for the best taste.

I eat a lot of fruit
