Does caviar taste good?!

The way my uncle prepared Alaskan salmon caviar, it just had a fishy taste. The thing I really hated was the texture.

There have been rich people who catch some types of salmon (Dog salmon) just for the caviar and they would give the flesh to the dogs, I heard that caviar is extremely healthy.

I like almost all seafood, accept caviar. It tastes salty, oily, fishy taste. It very expencive and a waste a money tastes crap. But that's my taste there are others that love it. I don't get it.

I think it tastes kind of salty from the facts that i know but i really want to try it.:) but not so thrilled about the fish eggs though.....

It tastes like dead cold fish eggs..yucky!

I don't like it as it is salty and the texture of shotgun pellets.
