Which brands of chocolate is generally free from nuts and traces of nuts?!

Question: Which brands of chocolate is generally free from nuts and traces of nuts?
My boyfriend is allergic.

Answers:

I think my favorite brand, Droste will fit the bill. I don't have any on hand to check a label with, it's difficult to get here in USA. But I know other people who have that allergy and they can eat Droste.

There is a contact person at their office named Ingrid de Roode who can help answer any specific questions.

BTW, it warms my heart to know you have a boyfriend! (I needed a little heart warmth tonight)

very few if any.
I have a friend who is allergic and she tells me that chocolate is a HUGE offender because it is generally processed in the same factory as nuts and candies containing nuts.
You would have to find a brand of chocolate product that is processed in a factory by itself.

Smarties, I believe. Its not a brand, but I dont think any brand in specific is nut free. I work with 6 children who are severely allergic, and their parents give them those. Id double check to make sure though
