Anyone know of this cereal from the '90's?!

I can't remember what year it was I'd say maybe '95-'98. I think it was also a holiday cereal. In the box it had a packet of frosting(i think green) with sprinkles in it. You put the frosting on the cereal, I always did it after I put the milk on it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I can't find what it was anywhere!
