an alternative for soda?!

Question: An alternative for soda?
Trying to quit soda (or atleast cut back on it)
what are some healthy drinks that are still good in taste but also good for you

Answers:

I did the same thing as you.

I started by drinking alot of Arizona, but now I'm drinking alot of Orange Juice.

Water is the best drink for you - keeps you hydrated, it's healthy and great for your body / skin!
Alternatively, you could try flavoured water if you find it difficult to drink water (don't like the taste etc).

Drinks like powerade, gatorade, cordial & fruit juice are ok but in moderation due to sugar levels.

Fresh milk is good for you and home made fruit & vegetable juices / smoothies as you can control what goes in them.

I did that with water. Just remind yourself how you like it in a fancy restaurant. Chill the water or use ice. It is great to get off soda, which costs money and trouble to go and get it. Get yourself some soy milk.

I like to drink Gatorade's & power-aids,especially when I'm working out or playing sports. {No I'm not a boy, lol} Or water..yeah,it's tasteless, but it's EXTREMELY good for your skin and body.

WATER!

OR
1/2 juice & 1/2 water
1/2 juice & 1/2 plain soda water

OR
Squeeze of lemon in a jug of water, keep it in the fridge to make it refreshing

Milk
fruit or vegetable juice
green tea

Other acceptable options with no nutritional value:
water
sugar free Kool-aid
sugar free lemon aid
flavored seltzer waters
diet soda

WATER, tea, juice, rum, carbonated juice.

Fruit juice.
I particularly like tomato juice at present.

Make your own flavored water. Take a glass of water and add your favorite fresh fruit.

Iced tea works great. There are many varieties and flavors available with or without caffeine. And all for a few pennies per glass.

Tea enthusiast

Iced Tea, Juice (it's better if you juice it yourself) and smoothies are great too ;D Water is still the best and the healthiest choice though ~

Sobe!!

My opinion.

Skimmed milk

Tea or Teas and Lemonade
