Could eating dehydrated food without being hydrated kill you when you take a drink of water ?!

Question: Could eating dehydrated food without being hydrated kill you when you take a drink of water ?
If you were to eat a large amount of dehydrated food without hydrating it first could it kill you to take a drink of water? Would your stomach explode or block your intestines?

Answers:

Water is inconsequential. You got plenty of liquid in your stomache to rehydrate. I would think it's possible. Rice kills pigeons in a similar way, but I assume you have to eat a whole lot.

Just because the food is dehydrated doesn't mean it going to blow up with moisture. Beef jerky and banana chips for example is dehydrated but death isn't a risk on the package. You will be fine its actually a healthy way to eat.

Well , if it did I think there would be a lot more murders executed this way !
