You can pick whatever food you want I am just curious. :D

Answers:

Salt ... I tell people that I don't have a sweet tooth, I have a salt tooth. I'll put salt on just about anything, in fact, I think I invented salt on caramel when I was very young ... a hundred years ago

salt .. cuz it's added to most of the food ... desserts which contain sugar r not useful like the rest of the food ... generally , most of the females prefer salty food and most of the males prefer sugary food

my experience

sugar - because eating too much sugar doesn't give you as many health risks as eating too much salt. You can exercise the calories off in sugar but salt will effect your blood stream and you can't do anything about that

I don't use either at the moment but if I had to salt would be my choice.
I have to buy my peanut butter at M&S as most other shops/brands add sugar to their peanut butter spread and it tastes vile.

Salt.

With anything ... Pasta, rice, eggs, prawns, chicken, etc etc

Sugar you can't have with alot. Like cake or biscuits is sweet enough and who wants sugar with rice or potatoes?

Sugar because I hate salt, and it makes everything taste sweeter :p

salt..... it adds a flavor to food. and plus , high blood pressure can be cure , but diabetes ....you gotta live with it

Salt because I prefer savoury food to sweet! :)

this is an odd question but salt I guess because most foods taste better with salt on it

I prefer salt even knowing that it is not good for you, I am just not a sweet person.

most likely french toast. and put sugar on it fo shizzle
