What does a lemon mean to you (The Fruit)?!

a lemon means lemonade, squishy face, and a delicous component to my favorite marinades.
lemons ad a freshness to dishes where appropriate, as long as it doesn't overpower the main flavor. And I always say no lemon to my water in a restaurant, because of studies showing they are not washed.
it can give the food a special taste .. I squeeze it on soup and other food ... the lemonade is delicious and useful too .... the lemon is one of the most useful and important acidic fruit
