Is it good to drink water ahead of time to stay hydrated?!

Question: Is it good to drink water ahead of time to stay hydrated?
I move around quite a bit at work and can't drink evertime I feel dehydrated. Does it help to drink a few glasses of water ahead of time?

Answers:

The best thing to do is to talk to someone like a boss or supervisor about your problem and see what they say about you carrying around a small re-usable water bottle. Drinking too much before a shift can water-log you and could make you feel lethargic and "heavy". Small sips every now and then because you feel dehydrated shouldn't be something your employers are against.

hi,

Drink 4 glasses of water after you get up in the morning. This helps big time. Also, even in the winter time you get just as dehydrated as the summer. 4 glasses after waking up. Drink water all day long at work. Hope this helps,

Joe

You should drink it as you feel like some and I would suggest you carry it with you, or have nearby.
There are plenty of belts and things like that to hold on as you move from place to place.

I think it better if you get a watter bottel and carry it around with you because it very health to drink water and good for you so you wont be dishydrated

Yes, you should be drinking water to keep from getting dehydrated..

It'd be wise to carry a reusable water bottle with you. That way you won't ever be hydrated, and your being green! :)

Yes. Don't drink it all at once. Just little sips here and there will help you.
