High protein diet, but make sure it is balanced. You need carbs and fat in your diet. I recommend eating more frequently, like 5-6 times a day. Always include protein of some kind for all meals. Common sense is really key when dieting...even for body building.
weights and plenty of visits to the gym! also...LEG LIFTS!!!! those work so well!!!
