how do cucmbers taste baked? 10 pts like usual.?!
I just really wanted to know how cucumbers taste baked because i was thinking of doing this for a snack later on this week. should i bake them in big bite size chunks or grated small and in a dish?

NOT GOOD. Personally, i would rather eat them fresh. Since they are so juicy you dont want to over bake and dry them out. I would recommend baking them in big bite size chunks.
A general guide is cooking time and size of other ingredients - cucumbers cook much fast than other vegetables so take that into consideration. They do taste verry nice - they have a wonderful flavour taste, colour and texture. I love Cucumbers. They go well with lots of other Ingredients.
not much taste so you have to add some dry seasoning like parsley,oregon,and little garlic salt.
