whats wrong with my icecream?!
it was in my bar fridge and it started melting even tho it was in the freezer section.
so i put it up in the big freezer and now theres weird stuff at the bottom ..
like a browny slightly transparent layer underneath....looks a bit like frozen sugar...
did it just separate or what ?

The icecream would have settles as it was thawing and now refrozen the flavouring will be at the bottom.
It melted whn it wasn't frozen, a little bit, and that's most likely the melted sugary bits- like is it covered with caramle or chocolate?
If so, that'll be what the brownish stuff is- its fine to eat, just a little messy looking.
It's where it melted and then refroze. Don't eat that it's gross.
