Why do we find the idea of eating dairy products made from human breast milk to be "disgusting"?!

I think its partly because of a perception that its abnormal. We don't see it happening around us and people are very fearful of being considered abnormal!
And partly out of fear caused by lack of knowlege. Example; Some think breast milk hasn't been tested by the FDA so its not safe, not realizing that breast milk is full of immunities and actually prevents disease. (link to news article below)
It may also be partly cultural as a guy in France has been making breastmilk cheese and selling it, for years. And a Chef in Switzerland began making dishes with it in his restaurant till the FDA told him to stop.
As you say its made for humans!

I agree it's disgusting to eat cow milk and human milk should be less gross. But people associate human milk with BOOBS and that is out of reach for not having a gag reflex.

Because it's from humans. I'd rather not consume anything that came out of another person.

Also, how did that guy know the milk he was using was "clean"? Diseases can be spread through breast milk.

Human milk was made for Baby humans not adult humans. I think milk straight from the cow is disgusting. When they process the milk they kinda clean it up a little.

I thought they banned it because of Hepititas fears. Clearly there is no breast milk regulation when it comes to public safety.

I think it is more of the concept of it being used, rather than being 'disgusting'.
