BUtterscotch chip Mousse , with butterscoth and caramel swirls and pecans.
As a chef I help do that with a number of pastry chefs in the Hotels I was a sous chef or executive sous chef with, in Singapore we did one called "Asian Paradise", it was a Durian paste based ice cream with chunks of fruit like Jackfruit, Lychee, Dragonfruit, and it was serve with a Korean Pear/Caramel sauce.
In Jamaica they have a night time before bed drink called a "Guinness Punch" which is a Guinness, with a raw egg and Sweetened Condensed milk stirred in, we made an ice cream with those ingredients adding some rum and a bit of allspice and nutmeg.
I HAVE created several ice cream flavors. Haagen Dazs has a contest every year and every year I enter ... and every entry becomes the property of Haagen Dazs ... so even if I don't win, they can take my recipe and use it. Last year I created their Bananas Foster flavor ... and received no accolades or prize. It's a tough thing entering a contest full-well knowing you may be giving away the farm.
do they have a girl scouts thin mints flavor? cuz that would be great..... i know they have minty chocolate chip. but its not the same i tell u!
