Cauliflower- 25 calories
Snack-
Source Yogurt-35 calories
Sugar Free Jello Pudding- 70 calories
Peanuts- 50 calories
I think it added to like 1200 calories.
Oh and I run four days a week for an hour and weight train for 45 mins twice a week.

yeah you need to eat more like 1700 - 1900 calories to lose weight healthily. I use fit day to log my calorie . www.fitday.com its free and breaks it down for you . shoot for a ratio of 40% protein 40% carb and 20 % fat. good luck!! oh and if you're hungry it means you're not eating enough!!
No. Try adding some more to your lunch - something like granola - to add protein and fibre. Otherwise, your dinner could add some rice or more vegetables if you are really avoiding carbs.
ur diet is good .. but don't eat carrots cuz it can make u hungry .. eat any other vegetables instead .. like : cucumber ... and do exercise daily
