I don't drink soda, because my parents say its bad for you, and I only drink it when we go to restaurants, like once every two months or something, unless I'm on vacation.
I don't eat pizza like, once a week. Probably once a month or two months, because again, my parents say its bad for you (this also applies with burgers and fries)
I eat salads a lot, its like an obsession, but I make my own dressing, because my parents say the ranch is filled with greasy fat
Chips, I eat probably 2 times every 3 weeks, cuz AGAIN, my parents say they are very fattening, and I could get fat.
I do like to eat some kinds of fruit: blueberries, WHITE raspberries (I never eat the red ones) blackberries(rarely) apples, bananas, and grapes
I do like to eat some kidns of veggies: cucumbers (about maybe 3 cucumbers a week) tomatoes (a ton of those) and I especially love red onions :) <3 I absolutely love them
I eat at Subway, Panera Bread, and Corner Bakery only if I just get takeout or something. At subway, I put lettuce, tomatoes, red onions <3, cheese, salami, pickles, vinegar, and thats it on my 6 inch sandwich.
At Panera, I get an apple, tomato soup, a sandwich with lettuce and onions <3
I actually eat at Corner Bakery only about......4 times a year, so I order something kidna similiar to Panera.
I also love to drink apple juice, (gallons of it) orange juice (no pulp :P) and grape juice. :)

Your parents are right about the fatty foods, and you are wise to listen to them. Fruit and veg is good, although you can get quite a few calories if you really eat a lot of it. Watch the fruit juice--it has a lot of sugar in it too. If you can discipline yourself to eat this way all your life, you are lucky and should be healthy.
Yes, jeez, blog it, you only do what your parents tell you anyway.
I'd stay away from meat and dairy if I were you. Your diet is bad because of hamburgers and meat, and animal fats.
That stuff is messed up and no way do humans have digestive enzymes to break meat down.
It's very unhealhtty, and you can get more nutrients from plant food,s beans, grains and all other foods.
Juice is not good for you, it's full of sugar. I know that sucks to hear cuz it's so good, but it's true. Especially if you are drinking alot of it, it's just as bad as soda. It sounds like a fairly healthy way of eating for young person. You really should consider yourself lucky that your parents can afford to buy you fresh fruit and veggies since a lot of people can't afford to eat those things! That's why you see more fat poor people, because crappy food is way less expensive than food that is good for you. Again, sad but true.
