Eliminate or abstain from anything sweet, including fruit and especially soft drinks. Eat lots of cruciferous vegetables i.e artichokes, broccoli, brussels sprouts. Eat foods high in natural omega 3 and 6 fatty acids i.e. avacados, coconuts, nuts, sardines, olives. Avoid or eliminate foods made with white flour, potatoes, and white rice, including pasta. Drink lots of purified H2O. Do some cardio every day. Not necessarily sit-ups or crunches, but cardio. I like burpees.
You can't spot lose fat. You need to exercise 5X a week for at LEAST 30 mins a day and eat healthy foods.
