Whats your favorite healthy breakfasts?!

Question: Whats your favorite healthy breakfasts?
heyy...i need some healthy new breakfast ideas and i was wondoring what your fav recipes or food was?

Answers:

My current favourite healthy breakfast is oatmeal.

The basic recipe I use is 1/2 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water, all soaked over-night in the fridge (soaking makes the oats expand more & gives the cooked oatmeal a creamier texture). And then the mixture is cooked in the microwave for about 15mins on high.

Then I add extra additional fibre and protein by either
a) Adding a small slice banana before cooking & adding a Tb of natural crunchy peanut butter and 1 Tb of natural bran after cooking
b) After cooking the basic mixture, adding a Tb of natural crunchy peanut butter, 1 Tb of natural bran & 1/2 cup of blue berries

It's yummy, keeps me feeling full for hours afterwards (especally if i also drink some water with the meal) & stops me from craving sweet foods throughout the morning,

Occasionally, for some variety, I'll eat a slice of wholegrain toast with reduced sodium baked beans or some grilled tomato with a poached egg

And a healthy way of eating oats cold, is to soak some over-night in the fridge with skim milk, low fat natural yoghurt, sliced fruit & chopped nuts.

I usually eat quick breakfasts during the week, and more drawn out ones on the weekend, but I like to keep the calories down. Here are some of my breakfasts:

1 piece of whole wheat toast with peanutbutter + a banana + orange juice = 325 calories
Eggo cereal + banana + nonfat milk = 301 calories
2 Eggs + 2 sausage patties + 1 piece of wheat toast + Trop 50 orange juice = 388 calories (weekend)

The best way to eating a healthy breakfast is follow the serving sizes, have some kind of calcium, and always add a fruit. (Bananas are very filling, and good!)

My everyday breakfast!

Oatmeal is pretty much the best breakfast food ever. It's good for you cholesterol levels and keeps you full for a long time.
Just don't add a ton of sugar/sweeteners. Maybe just cinnamon.

Adding bananas is good too, because they fill you up and increase your metabolism.

I love fresh fruit and yogurt with a little granola sprinkled on top.

Sometimes I have a spinach and feta cheese omelet, which is wonderful and healthy.

Oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts (the old fashioned oats are best).

A smoothie with lots of fresh fruit in it.

Pastina (cook it until almost done and add a raw egg; stir until the egg is done).

Do research on Japan and update your diet if you want to live longer. They hardly put milk in their diet because they don't have cows. They believe in beautiful scenery so they don't like cows on Japan. They also care about grass. They don't want it looking chomped up and uneven.

I love biscuits and burritos and eggs and bacon in the morning on my plate when my mom cooks me breakfast.Also,cereal.I eat cereal ALL THE TIME it is really delicious.

Egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and onions. Cooked with canola oil spray. And 100% whole wheat toast.

I usually eat 2 eggs for breakfast. Its really high in protein ,and also a fruit like banana
