On the season three episode where Mario Batali battled Ian Chalermkittichai, chef Ian's sous used a device to fry little pastry shells. It had a long wooden handle and four little fluted cups on the bottom that were dipped into batter and then submerged in hot oil. Do you know what this device is called, and/or where I can get one?
